2 cups homemade kefir and/or yogurt
2 raw eggs (from happy chickens from happy farms)
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
¼ cup chocolate syrup
Blend all ingredients. Top with strawberry slices (optional). Enjoy!

Spicy Chocolate Kefir or Yogurt
2 cups homemade kefir and/or yogurt

¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
Blend all ingredients. Sprinkle extra cinnamon and cayenne pepper on top (optional). Enjoy!
Chocolate Syrup
1 cup raw honey
½ cup raw cocoa powder
1/8 tsp sea salt
1 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
Simmer all ingredients for a few minutes. Remove from heat. Enjoy!
