Nut Butter Chocolate Bar Ice Cream Pie

Mix ingredients for Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips. Freeze in greased pie plate for crust.

Stir first five ingredients of Nut Butter Chocolate Bars continuously on stovetop at low to medium heat until mixture melts and slightly thickens. Poor into a greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Freeze until firm before cutting into nut butter chunks.

Make Vanilla Ice Cream. Add nut butter chunks once ice cream begins to take shape. Pour ice cream into pie plate with crust. Freeze. Enjoy!

Cherry Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Pie

2 chocolate pie crusts
1 batch of cherry chocolate chip ice cream

Fill cooled crusts with ice cream. Freeze for at least one hour. Enjoy!

Vanilla Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

1 batch of vanilla ice cream
1/2 pan of semi-sweet chocolate chips

Blend ingredients for vanilla ice cream. Freeze for about an hour before putting in ice cream maker. When ice cream is starting to take shape, add frozen semi-sweet chocolate chips. Continue to freeze in ice cream maker until desired consistency. Enjoy!

Chocolate Chip Cookies

5 cups almond flour
1/4 cup coconut oil, lard, or butter
1 cup raw honey
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 pan semi-sweet chocolate chips

Mix first seven ingredients. Stir in frozen semi-sweet chocolate chips. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes. Chips will melt slightly. Enjoy!

-Replace chocolate chips with raisins to make delicious raisin cookies or caramel chips to make caramel chip cookies!

Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

1 cup cocoa butter
1/2 cup raw cocoa powder
1/3 cup raw honey
1/3 cup almond butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

Stir all ingredients continuously on stovetop at low to medium heat until mixture melts and slightly thickens. Poor into greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Freeze. Cut into small pieces. Use in Chocolate Chip Cookies (chips will melt slightly), Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream, Cherry Chocolate Chip Ice Cream, Coconut Chocolate Bars, and Nut Butter Chocolate Bars. Enjoy!

-Substitute 1/2 cup coconut oil for 1 cup cocoa butter to make an alternative cold treat only chocolate chip (will not hold up in oven).
