Chocolate Coconut Cream Candy

7 ounce block of coconut cream
1/2 cup raw cocoa powder
1/3 cup raw honey
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup nuts of your choice, chopped or whole

Stir first 6 ingredients in pan on stovetop over medium heat until coconut cream is melted and mixture is combined. Remove from heat. Stir in nuts. Spread mixture in 8×8 inch pan. Place in refrigerator until firm. Enjoy!

Nut Butter Chocolate Bar Ice Cream Pie

Mix ingredients for Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips. Freeze in greased pie plate for crust.

Stir first five ingredients of Nut Butter Chocolate Bars continuously on stovetop at low to medium heat until mixture melts and slightly thickens. Poor into a greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Freeze until firm before cutting into nut butter chunks.

Make Vanilla Ice Cream. Add nut butter chunks once ice cream begins to take shape. Pour ice cream into pie plate with crust. Freeze. Enjoy!

Cherry Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Pie

2 chocolate pie crusts
1 batch of cherry chocolate chip ice cream

Fill cooled crusts with ice cream. Freeze for at least one hour. Enjoy!

Chocolate Pie Crust

2 ½ cups almond flour
1/2 cup unsweetened raw cocoa powder
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup raw honey
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt

Mix all crust ingredients. Press into two greased pie pans. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Cool. Fill with Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream or Cherry Chocolate Chip Ice Cream and freeze to make delicious ice cream pies. Enjoy!

Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

1 cup cocoa butter
1/2 cup raw cocoa powder
1/3 cup raw honey
1/3 cup almond butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

Stir all ingredients continuously on stovetop at low to medium heat until mixture melts and slightly thickens. Poor into greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Freeze. Cut into small pieces. Use in Chocolate Chip Cookies (chips will melt slightly), Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream, Cherry Chocolate Chip Ice Cream, Coconut Chocolate Bars, and Nut Butter Chocolate Bars. Enjoy!

-Substitute 1/2 cup coconut oil for 1 cup cocoa butter to make an alternative cold treat only chocolate chip (will not hold up in oven).

Chocolate Cookies

6 cups almond flour
1/4 cup coconut oil, lard, or butter
2 eggs
3/4 cup raw honey
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons vanilla
½ cup raw cocoa powder

Mix all ingredients. Roll dough into small balls. Press balls flat with bottom of cup dipped in water to prevent sticking. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. Enjoy!

Nut Butter Chocolate Bars

2 tablespoons coconut oil
1/2 cup raw honey
1 cup almond butter
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pan semi-sweet chocolate chips, uncut

Stir first five ingredients continuously on stovetop at low to medium heat until mixture melts and slightly thickens. Poor into 8 x 8 inch pan of uncut frozen semi-sweet chocolate chips. Freeze. Once hard, store in refrigerator. Enjoy!

Chocolate Pie

2 cups homemade cream cheese (drained homemade yogurt)
2 eggs
1 cup raw honey
1/2 cup raw cocoa powder
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/4 tsp sea salt

Blend all ingredients. Pour into one unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes one pie. Enjoy!

Coconut Chocolate Bars

1/2 cup coconut oil, liquefied
2/3 cup raw honey
1 2/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon almond flavor
1 pan semi-sweet chocolate chips, uncut

Mix first five ingredients. Spread over an 8 x 8 inch pan of chilled uncut semi-sweet chocolate chips. Store in fridge or freezer. When firmer, cut into squares. Enjoy!

-Coconut oil liquefies at 76 degrees Fahrenheit.
-Top with almond halves, if desired.
