3 cups homemade kefir and/or yogurt
3 raw eggs (from happy chickens from happy farms)
1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 teaspoon almond flavor
2 tablespoons raw honey (optional)
Blend all ingredients. Enjoy!

6-8 pounds chicken parts or whole chicken
2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup bone broth
1/2 cup raw honey
2 teaspoons sea salt
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 onion, chopped
Place all ingredients in crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until chicken is tender. Enjoy!
Note: Serve over Caulifried Rice.
10-12 pineapple rings
cherries or berries (optional)
2/3 cup raw honey
2/3 cup coconut oil
4 eggs
1/2 cup homemade yogurt
¼ cup pineapple juice
1 tablespoon almond flavoring
4 cups almond flour
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
Place pineapple rings in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Place cherries or berries in the middle of each pineapple ring (optional). In food processor or mixer, combine honey and coconut oil. Mix eggs, one at a time, into honey and coconut oil mixture. Add yogurt, pineapple juice, and almond flavoring and mix well. Add almond flour, salt, and baking soda and combine thoroughly. Pour batter into pan with fruit. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 45 minutes. Cool and flip onto platter. Enjoy!

1-2 tablespoons of homemade sour cream per person
Juice first three ingredients. Blend juice with raw eggs and sour cream. Enjoy!
Notes:
-Substituting sour cream with coconut oil or butter works too!
-Feel free to combine different fruits and veggies to make juices taste delicious for you and your family!
-A ratio of 50% fruit juice to 50% veggie juice works well!
1-2 heads of fresh broccoli or 2 bags of frozen broccoli
2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple
1 cup bone broth
2 lbs cooked chicken, cubed or shredded
8 oz fresh sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp sea salt
1-2 garlic cloves or 1 tsp garlic powder
Heat broccoli, pineapple, and broth. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer until warm. Enjoy!
Option: Serve over cooked spaghetti squash noodles.
