Fill cooled crusts with ice cream. Freeze for at least one hour. Enjoy!
3 cups rhubarb, sliced
4 cups strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup raw honey
2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup raw honey
2 teaspoons lard or butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Combine rhubarb, strawberries, and 1/4 cup raw honey. Divide combination into two pie crusts. Mix almond flour, 1/4 cup raw honey, lard or butter, and cinnamon. Top pies with mixture. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Enjoy!

2 cups homemade cream cheese (drained homemade yogurt)
1 cup raw honey
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
Blend all ingredients and pour into one unbaked pie crust. Bake at 325 for about 45 minutes. Top with fruit and homemade sour cream. Enjoy!
2 cups raw honey
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp sea salt
3 eggs
4 cups pecans, chopped
Mix all ingredients and pour evenly into two unbaked pie crusts. Decorate with additional pecan halves around edge of crusts. Bake at 325 degrees for about 35 minutes. Makes two pies. Enjoy!
12 apples, peeled and sliced
1 cup apple juice
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup raw honey
1 tsp cinnamon
Combine all ingredients and pour into 2 pie crusts. Use additional 2 pie crusts to top with cutout shapes or lattice work. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes, or until apples are tender. Enjoy!
1 cup cold pineapple juice
4 tbsp powdered gelatin
1 package frozen strawberries
2 cups homemade yogurt or coconut milk
½ cup honey
Sprinkle gelatin on top of cold pineapple juice. Let sit for at least a minute. Heat up frozen strawberries until bubbly. Add gelatin and pineapple juice to the hot strawberries. Stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Blend yogurt or coconut milk, honey, and strawberry/gelatin/pineapple juice mixture in blender. Pour into 2 baked pie crusts. Refrigerate. Enjoy!
Note: Replace package of frozen strawberries with package of frozen blueberries to turn this recipe into Purple Pie!
Apple Layer
4-5 apples, peeled and sliced
1 tbsp raw honey
½ tsp cinnamon
Cream Cheese Layer
1 cup cream cheese (drained homemade yogurt)
1/4 cup raw honey
1 egg
½ teaspoon vanilla
Combine pie crust ingredients. Divide dough in half. Press half of dough into a 9-inch pie plate. Roll out remaining dough for lattice work on top of pie. Coat apple slices with honey and cinnamon. Place apple mixture on top of unbaked pie crust. Mix cream cheese layer and spread over apples. Top with reserved unbaked pie crust lattice work. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Makes one pie. Cool. Enjoy!
