1-2 raw eggs per person
1-2 tablespoons of homemade sour cream per person

Juice first four ingredients. Blend juice with raw eggs and sour cream. Enjoy!

-Substituting sour cream with coconut oil or butter works too!
-Feel free to combine different fruits and veggies to make juices taste delicious for you and your family!

Chicken Nuggets

3 cups almond flour
1 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
6 pounds raw boneless chicken, cubed

Combine almond flour, sea salt, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Coat cubed raw boneless chicken with mixture. Put in covered dishes. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour. Enjoy!

Tip: Coat raw chicken pieces containing bones and skin with mixture to make delicious breaded chicken.

Asian Coleslaw

2/3 cup sesame oil
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup raw honey
1/4 cup almond butter
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 head of cabbage, shredded
4-6 whole carrots, peeled and shredded

Mix first six ingredients. Pour mixture over cabbage and carrots. Stir. Enjoy!

Kefir

Gently stir 2/3 cup kefir grains into a jar of 2 quarts milk.
Screw on lid.
Let sit at room temp (about 72-75 degrees Fahrenheit) for 24 hours.
After 24 hours, refrigerate kefir.

Hints:
• To keep temperature constant, put kefir in a yogurt machine (following the directions of the yogurt machine) and plug into a lamp dimmer switch.
• If kefir sits more than 24 hours, it may become tart, but is still edible and beneficial.
• Scoop kefir grains off top of current completed batch and reserve for next batch.
• Obtain kefir grains from friend or internet.
• Make sour cream using kefir grains by following the above instructions, except substitute cream for milk.
