Orange Cranberry Cake

4 cups almond flour
2/3 cup honey
1/2 cup coconut oil
4 eggs
1/2 cup homemade yogurt
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp vanilla
2 tbsp orange flavoring
12 ounces of fresh cranberries, coarsely chopped

Mix all ingredients. Pour into a greased Bundt cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Cool. Enjoy!

-For muffins, pour cake batter into lined or greased muffin tins until 3/4 full and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
-For 9 x 13 inch pan, bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
