8 plums, seeded
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp raw honey
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ tsp ground ginger
Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Simmer on stove for 20-30 minutes. Great with Mu Shu Chicken. Enjoy!
