Mu Shu Chicken

¼ cup lard
2 onions
1 head of cabbage, finely chopped
3 carrots, peeled and shredded
3-4 cups diced cooked chicken
1 cup bone broth
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp ginger powder
2 tbsp raw honey
1 ½ tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder

Sautee onions in lard. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer until done. Serve with tortillas and plum sauce. Enjoy!
