4 cups cooked ground turkey, ground beef, or cubed chicken
2 tomatoes
1 sautéed onion in lard or butter
2 serrano peppers
2 cups homemade yogurt
1 cup homemade broth
1 cup tomato juice
2 teaspoons sea salt
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 pan of crackers
2-4 cups of cheese
Combine first ten ingredients. Layer crackers, meat mixture, and cheese twice. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
